Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.  All orders must be paid prior to dispatch.  All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Delivery of Goods

Orders are sent by Australia Post or courier.  A minimum charge of $10.00 is charged for postage/freight/delivery.  Freight charges are calculated on the basis of weight of goods and delivery location.  Venetian Imports reserves the right to amend and add postage or freight costs to an order.  We will contact you when your order is ready prior to dispatch with additional freight charges if any.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied you may return your purchase to us within 7 days undamaged and in good order for a full refund or exchange.  Used or wear-damaged items are not refundable.  You must notify us within 24 hours of taking delivery.  A return authorisation must be obtained prior to the return of the goods.  Return shipping charges are not refundable and must be paid by the customer.  Venetian Imports will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.  All goods should be returned by Registered Post or Courier and insured; packed in its original packaging with a copy of the original receipt.

Product Information

All prices are per piece.  Due to the nature of our products we cannot guarantee an exact match to the colours or pattern to the items shown in the pictures.  Each of our items are handmade by artists and the colours and patterns may vary.  We have tried to display the products on our web site as accurately as possible.

All our masks are imported directly from Venice and have authentication certificate or makers stamp.
